When you receive your item, please keep all packaging including the outer wrapping with the tracking number whilst you assess your item.
In most cases, we will not ask you to return a faulty/broken item but instead send a few pictures and/or a video showing us the problem.
No claims on physical damage after 24 hours from receipt.
Where possible, please check for physical damage before signing acceptance of the item.
If we deem it necessary for an item to be returned to our office in Witbank, we will carry this cost.
